Does the event title UFC 114: Rampage vs. Evans hype you up? I don't know with you but UFC 114: Rampage vs. Evans is sending shivers down my spine. UFC 114 will be stage at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States this May 29, 2010.
Jackson was originally supposed to fight Evans for the UFC Light Heavyweight title after defeating Keith Jardine, but a jaw injury during that fight allowed Lyoto Machida to step in in his place. Evans was knocked out by Machida as at UFC 98, so their bout has been spoiled again. Jackson was then expected to fight for the title against Machida, but instead became a coach on The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights against Evans.
It had been confirmed by UFC President Dana White that the winner between Jackson-Evans will fight the newly crowned UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, Mauricio Rua, for the title, despite Rua's manager suggesting he would like to make Rua's first title defense against Randy Couture.
